Boletska Anna

I am Anna Boletska, a psychologist who has been working at the intersection of pain and strength for many years. My patients are military personnel, IDPs, and families who have lost loved ones. I listen when others are silent and help when it seems that there is no help anymore. I do not promise quick solutions. I stand for deep, honest work with oneself - through fear, fatigue, tears, and healing. My approach is empathy without judgment, conversation without templates, support without pathos. I love silence, simple things, strong coffee, and books that change my inner world. I write because words heal, just like a trusting look or a single “I hear you.” “Even in the darkest moments, there is a spark inside us. It is important not to extinguish it but to protect it.”
